Genoese sponge cake
- Egg - 4 nos
- sugar -1/2 cup
- butter - 6 tbsp
- All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
- preheat the oven to 325 F
- sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl .Add the margine ,sugar and eggs with the choosen the flavourings, if using.
- beat - 22- 3 min
- Spoon the mixture into the cake pan and smooth the surface.Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 - 40 min
