Raspberry panna cotta
- Gelatin - 20 gm
- double cream -250 gm
- milk- 250 gm
- vanila essence
- sugar -25 gm
- fresh raspberry -6 pcs
for sauce
- rasperry paste - 200gm
- sugar -150gm
- water-150 gm
- Firstly soak gelatin in cold water until it soft
- place the cream ,milk,sugar in a pan.keep it in burner until boil
- add melted geltin in it
- Spoon the mixture into a ramekin mould with some half halves raspberry
- keep in chiller for set atleat an hour
- For sauce, place sugar and water in a pan .After sugar melted add raspberry paste in it .keep simmer until it smooth.
