chocolate garnish
- Melt the white chocolate using double boiling method
- Make sure its melt completely
- Paste melted chocolate on plastic transferable sheet
- Use comb shaped scraper for make thin lines
- Immediatly roll that sheet on rolling pin
- Keep in feezer for 5 min ..
- Take out plastic sheet from rolling pin and carefully take out plastic from chocolate.
