RED VELVET CAKE

RED VELVET CAKE

Butter -150
sugar- 375
egg- 3 nos
fresh milk- 300 ml
red color- 10 ml
cake flour- 300 gm
baking  powder- 12 gm
baking soda - 12 gm
salt -5 gm
vinegar-10 ml
cocoa powder -15 gm

  1. preheat the oven to 350f
  2. beat the Butter  and sugar around 3 min .add egg into the mixture  one by one
  3. add cake flour ,baking  powder ,baking soda ,salt  and cocoa powder into the mixture and fold slowly
  4. Do not over mix, add fresh milk,red color, and vinegar into the mixture 
  5. Spoon the mixture into the cake pan.Bake for 50-55 min , .Turn out onto a wire rack to cool .
